Coronavirus has impacted everyones lives and we thought it would be a good idea to update our customers about what is going on during these unprecedented times.  

We have continued to work and get customers their minifigures whilst still following guidelines set out by the UK government. The only major changes we have had to adapt to is the way we work with our postal partners here in the UK. 

Royal Mail have been impacted with a shortage of staff to deliver post and move post along which means this is affecting arrival times. This is being seen across the world and nearly all countries and their postal services are seeing delays. We would like to let customers know that we are monitoring what Royal Mail is doing and they are providing updates as to which countries they still have access to. If a country stops receiving mail then we will update the site accordingly. 

Along with this we also hope that everybody is keeping safe and following their countries advice on this situation.
