Where are we based?

We are based in Bristol, UK. 

 

Where do we post items too?

We post worldwide, with most of our customers being from the UK, Europe, and North America. We ask that anyone outside of these locations gets in touch with us before placing an order as we might be able to quote a better postage price for you.

 

Delivery Times?

UK - 1-3 Working Days (Royal Mail 1st Class Service)

UK - We also provide a next day Guaranteed Special service available.  

European Union Countries - Up to 7 Working Days* (Royal Mail International)

Rest of Europe - 10 Working Days* (Royal Mail International)

North America - 10 Working Days* (Royal Mail International)

**Please note that items can take up to a 30 working days to arrive, this is due to if there any delays along the way. 

 

Custom Charges

As we are based in the UK, some international countries might face custom charges. Please note that these are the responsibility of the customer. Any refusal of payment of customs, and a return of goods to us will result in refund of just the figures and not the transaction or postage costs.

 

What if I need to cancel or if I change my mind on an item after ordering?

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please note that customers are responsible to submitting the correct shipping/delivery address at checkout (or to update Minifigurebricks.com  with an updated address before dispatch). If a package is returned to us for any reason (incorrect address, failed delivery or failure to pay, for example) any charges incurred by Minifigurebricks.com in shipping/recovering the package may, at our discretion, be deducted from any refund given later or the reshipment of the original order.
